Hair Cut!

Cooper got his hair professionally cut today for only the second time. Mom has been trying to do a good job, but not succeeding. So dad finally said let's take him to the barbers. We got up early this morning and headed to the barber, but they were really busy and we knew he could only wait a few seconds so we went to Super Cuts.

Of course Cooper did not want to sit still and it took three of us, Pete, the hair dresser and myself to get through the whole hair cut. We even tried a sucker that ended up with hair all over it. Sad to say we let him eat it any way. Even then it is a bit uneven... I'm think'in that maybe it is my little angels fault not mine for all the bad cuts! Maybe, a little of both ;-)

Most Amazing Day EVER!

OK, so today was 67 degrees, sunny, clear sky's with a slight wind.... it was AMAZING. I had the day off and Pete had to work (we really missed him) so Cooper and I went to Yacolt, WA. My sister and parents live next door to each other and have 12 acers between them. Cooper and his cousins, Payton and Kendall, played and played and played. Let's just say we were out doors all day. We all have a bit of a sun burn, but it was totally worth it. I was out side with the kids the whole time. They are so much fun to watch.

Cooper loves the water so any where, and I mean any where he found water he played in it gross or not. He would get wet then lay in the dirt. I made the mistake of putting him in a white shirt. So needless to say he was filthy and wet most of the day as only little boys can do!

My parents have a huge backyard that is grassed so they loved running, laying and yes eating the grass. Tomorrow is suppose to be just as nice and Pete is off, but has school in the AM and then again in the PM so we are going to enjoy our backyard at the house in between and do a bit of yard work that has been neglected all winter.
